29. Am I supposed to tip you for your service? It's not required but appreciated

31. What happens if I get sick? My coworker will cover for me. If I can't cover we can reschedule

33. Am I supposed to give you a key so you can get in my house or do you need an alarm code or both? We make arrangements with client

34. How do you protect my privacy with that key or code?

36. Do I need to be home when you come home to clean or can I be at work? It's your call. We are insured and bonded and give a money back guarantee if your not satisfied with our work

40. What happens if you break something at my house? You will be covered by insurance

41. Are you going to tell my neighbors about me, my mom or my habits? No but we may leave them an advertisement

42. Do you set times to come back so I know when you are coming or is it random? We will give you a worksheet where you can choose what you want

43. Do you always come the same time on the same day? You can choose the time slot that's available

44. Do you show up on time? Yes and if were late you get the first hour free.

45. Do you clean the same stuff each time or do you rotate chores throughout the day? This will be written on the worksheet you will be given.

46. Do you use eco friendly chemicals? Some are and some are not. We use eco friendly vinegar gel cleaning spray.

47. How do you know what type of chemicals to use on different surfaces? How did you learn? We use a variety of different cleaning supplies meant for different surfaces.

48. Do I pay you under the table or do I pay taxes? I keep track of my business expenses by using a business bank account for my deposits and withdrawals that are business related

49. Do you accept credit cards? Not now but we are working on this feature

50. Do you offer a guarantee on your work? Yes we guarantee your satisfaction or you get all your money back
